Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded through the Platform's responsible gambling tools, or who have been excluded by the Platform for any reason, are not eligible to register a new Account. You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering your Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility. The Platform may request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents typically include a valid CNIC or passport. You must upload documents only through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never alter, obscure or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes — doing so is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence.
The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Services on behalf of any third party, syndicate or commercial enterprise, unless expressly permitted in writing by the Platform.
You agree to use the Services in good faith and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must not exploit errors, vulnerabilities or technical glitches in the Platform for personal gain. Any winnings resulting from the exploitation of a technical error may be voided at the Platform's discretion.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection when using the Services. The Platform is not liable for losses or missed bets arising from connectivity failures on your side, including issues related to your mobile data provider (whether Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, PTCL or any other provider).
Available deposit methods are displayed in the Platform's cashier section. Payment references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or other providers are listed for user familiarity only. Their appearance in the cashier does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those providers, and availability may change. Account balances are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). If a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will occur at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. Applicable exchange fees, if any, will be disclosed in the cashier.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and may vary by Account tier. Current limits are displayed in the cashier. The Platform reserves the right to amend limits at any time.
Withdrawals are processed subject to completed KYC verification. The Platform will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the FAQ, but cannot guarantee processing times where delays arise from payment providers, banking institutions or compliance reviews. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending KYC or for fraud-prevention purposes.
All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted. The Platform reserves the right to request proof of funding source and to void or withhold transactions that cannot be verified.
All bonuses and promotions offered by com666 are subject to specific promotional terms, including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry windows. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they, or any winnings generated from them, become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion.
The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it determines that a User has abused promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, use of professional or automated betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonuses, or collusion with other users.
Welcome bonuses and migration bonuses (including any illustrative PKR amounts described in promotional materials) are subject to eligibility conditions and the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. Promotional illustrations of amounts such as "up to PKR 10,000" or "up to PKR 25,000" represent maximum possible values and are not guaranteed. Actual amounts depend on qualifying deposit and applicable multipliers.
All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your bet selections, including event, market, odds and stake amount, before confirming. The Platform is not responsible for errors in bet placement that result from your own actions.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to your bet. In-play odds during live cricket (PSL, ICC, T20, ODI, Test), football, UFC or other sporting events reflect real-time market conditions and may fluctuate rapidly.
The Platform reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, abandoned or significantly altered; where an obvious pricing error has occurred; where the integrity of an event is in question; or where a bet was placed after the outcome was already known (including late bets).
Casino games (slots, table games, live dealer) carry theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages that are published in each game's information panel. RTP represents a long-run statistical average and does not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, com666 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the Services; (b) loss of winnings arising from technical failures beyond the Platform's reasonable control; (c) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; or (d) losses arising from changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements.
The Platform's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied, or the relevant bonus funds will be forfeited. Any real money balance remaining in your Account will be returned subject to KYC verification and applicable withdrawal processing procedures.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, where: you have violated these Terms; the Platform suspects fraudulent, illegal or abusive conduct; legal or regulatory requirements so require; or the Platform ceases to offer Services in your jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
For Pakistani Users: these Terms do not constitute a waiver of, or override, any applicable Pakistani law.
